over these years they obviously have had to tame themselves and expect the unexpected with good ol steve carell... i know i jumped out of my seat when it happened, i didnt even blink i thought i saw it wrong haha. oooh michael...

Ha, I didn't know that was improv. I don't think I've gone through season 3 commentaries yet. That's awesome though, it was so awkward haha. I love how innocently Carell delivers the Queer as Folk line. He had a LOT of good lines for this episode. Classic Michael episode. I also dug Jim's subtly patronizing line about their paper not being more flammable.
"we are going to have a little diversity policy freshener, because of some more problems at the Scranton branch." -- HA! You gotta assume that Michael is responsible for so many of corporate's rules and seminars. He's such a liability for corporate, all of his jokes and insensitive remarks are potential lawsuits.
