This is the first episode I saw when season 1 was first airing. It provides such a good introduction to the show and its characters.
Yes, this was the first episode I saw too. I've been hooked ever since Dwight says "OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE! I'M AUSTRALIAN MATE!"
Hahaha I love how Stanley has 'Black' on his forehead.
And when Pam goes, 'Ok, based on stereotypes that are completely untrue and that I do not believe; you may not be a very good driver.'
And Dwight goes, 'Oh man! Am I a woman?'

hahahah and Michael's card says Martin Luther King Jr.
I'm saying this cuz it is important to point out. The quote that has ten votes or so is actually supposed to be on the alliance not Diversity day.
Look at Jim's expressions while Dwight talks about superheroes. I always think it's so hilarious
