This is probably my favorite episode. The national anthem and doves at the end are incredible. I also love how michael just accepts what's going on and is so appreciative. He is just such a likeable guy, no matter how many times he screws up.

I love the fact that Phyllis gets the most love (by far) out of anybody else in the office. Too often she is overlooked and takes so much abuse.
