Michael's costume was a take on a popular Saturday Night Live Digital short called "Dick in a box" starring Andy Samberg and Justin TImberlake. It's on youtube...and it's hilarious :o)

Michael was just trying to sound bad-ass like Tony Saprano, and making up an Italian sounding word to impress the insurance salesman :o) I love it that Dwight had his back though! He yells at the waitress "Bring on the Gabagool!!!"
