I know one of my friends doesn't like the whole Charles/Jim conflict but I enjoy it. The whole soccer side story was great with everyone sucking up to Charles and getting him so pumped.

I am one of those Charles/Jim confict haters. I just don't know where this is going, of course we have some funny lines and weirdly enough I love that we have Ryan back. He just made me laugh the entire episode. But I don't know what the writers plan to do with this season.... is's been getting rather crazy...

its just soo funny to me that they all prayed for a normal work environment when Michael was boss but now its like they don't know how to function in a proper work place with Charles in charge....that was a popular television back in the day starring Scott Baio

Yeah, I really don't like the Charles/Jim conflict either. I would just love for Charles to like Jim and move on to a different storyline in the office. And who else wanted to smack Ryan when he said, "How much do you make, secretary?"

I have to disagree with you about smacking Ryan, but that is only because I suddenly love his character..... for no apparent reason..... lol

I loved this episode. It was realistic. Michael's meltdown and then later Pam's meltdown. I am really not liking how Charles is treating Jim. Jim just looks so lost right now, its so sad. I am hoping its going to shape up to some kind of build up. And I do really want to smack Ryan.

i don't get this weird change of heart in myself. I was one of the biggest Ryan haters...... but recently all the characters I used to hate are characters that I like..... I even like Charles slightly.......... it's weird.... the only exception is Phyllis who I really don't like at all. I must say, that as mean as this sounds, I was rather happy when she got that soccer ball in her face.

I don't enjoy the Charles/Jim conflict either. He's just such an ass to him for no apparent reason, so how is Jim supposed to function now that no matter what he does, he's in the wrong? Ugh. Ryan came back. He reminds me of my younger brother...who I want to punch in the face sometimes.
